  • Work closely with the Sales Team to define, negotiate and execute a marketing plan suitable for each distributor 
  • Manage the promotion, set up and follow-up of our distributors’ merchandising
  • Be a creative force and create new marketing tools & processes to increase the visibility and the sales of Ledger products instore and online
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to produce online and offline channel marketing tools: visuals, POP materials, content, training materials... 
  • Develop & deliver necessary trainings for beauty advisors on product knowledge & shoppers' profile. 
  • Support the launch of new products by developing channel launch strategies, distributor collateral and roadshows for partners' sales teams 
  • Develop and implement yearly promotional plans from end-to-end, in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback & priorities, budget and local specificities
  • Be in charge of the Channel Marketing budget monitoring allocated to each reseller
  • Analyze the ROI and overall trade marketing performance for each reseller 
  • Adapt global Channel Marketing assets and content to local markets 

What we are looking for: 

  • 5+ years of trade marketing or category management experience in the consumer electronics industry 
  • Proven ability to drive and execute global trade marketing projects, from strategy direction to point-of-purchase execution 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience in project management against strong deadlines 
  • BA or BS in marketing, business, computer science/engineering or related field 
  • English: Native or Bilingual
  • Team-player mindset and ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams, especially with Sales, Marketing, Design and external partners
  • Highly collaborative work style
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required
