- Determine and communicate resourcing plans alongside realistic timelines, identify and mitigate risks
- Work with Business, Marketing, and Strategy to define and develop product strategy, business cases, and a product roadmap that achieves our aggressive product goals
- Compile a list of product requirements and associated timelines in line with roadmap
- Develop staffing and resource management plans for a globally distributed team of developers
- Assess project progress, and provide status updates to leadership and the rest of the team
- Own the consumer experience from onboarding to product evolution
- Work closely with the growth team to develop and optimize new user acquisition and retention
- Prototype and test new features/products that capitalize on market opportunities as well as define go-to-market strategy for minimum viable products in partnership with marketing and business development
- Own the technical feasibility of the platform at all levels of the stack as it scales
- Recruit and develop talented engineers who form strong teams capable of learning and innovating
- Own the timeliness and quality of the code that ships
- Represent product and Kepler globally, at meetings with members, and at conferences.

- 4+ years of experience managing technical/software projects in Agile environments, ideally across mobile, web and infrastructure products
- Experience of managing engineering team working on-site and remotely
- Experience of managing vendor relationships and vendor resources
- Ability to gather key information from interviews with SME, understand complicated problems and translate into lists of requirements
- Deep technical expertise
- Attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics Self-directed and self-starter
- Experience of making data driven decisions
- Prior experience in financial services and/or fintech would be a plus
