Responsibilities: 

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define required skills and behaviors, ensuring that our job descriptions are effectively targeting the right candidates 
  • Build a pipeline of qualified technical non-technical candidates 
  • Creatively pursue and source passive candidates, screen inbound applicants and constantly identify ways to improve recruiting strategy and experience 
  • Drive offer process to activate and close on prospective employees 


Qualifications: 

  • You're passionate about blockchain technology, love startup recruiting and have at least 3+ years experience sourcing high-performance technical and non-technical roles
  • You have a strong technical acumen and understating of current technology trends, development principles and engineering functions
  • Able to build strong, healthy relationships with all kinds of people, at all levels 


Additional Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required): 

  • You have a background in Fintech recruiting 
  • You've successfully hired employees at all levels within an organization, including everything from the C-Suite to entry-level positions.
