Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Provide direct support to Executive Assistants regarding scheduling and logistics 
  • Support the booking and coordination of travel for our business teams 
  • Support the management of global speaking engagements, conferences and media opportunities 
  • Support the Recruitment and HR team with the onboarding and offboarding process and the administration of employees 
  • Schedule meetings and assist with supporting documents and administration 
  • Assist in supporting efficient internal and external communication across multiple time zones 
  • Provide direct administerial support to the executive, operations and finance teams 
  • Manage office supplies and administration 
  • Coordinate technical support for software and tools 
  • Other tasks as required by the Operations team 


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 2+ years experience in a similar administrative role 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Calm and efficient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and an ability to adapt to moving targets 
  • Confident under pressure; a positive can-do disposition 
  • Team player with strong people skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a preference for GSuite experience 
  • Experience with Smartsheets is an advantage
