Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to Executive Assistants regarding scheduling and logistics
- Support the booking and coordination of travel for our business teams
- Support the management of global speaking engagements, conferences and media opportunities
- Support the Recruitment and HR team with the onboarding and offboarding process and the administration of employees
- Schedule meetings and assist with supporting documents and administration
- Assist in supporting efficient internal and external communication across multiple time zones
- Provide direct administerial support to the executive, operations and finance teams
- Manage office supplies and administration
- Coordinate technical support for software and tools
- Other tasks as required by the Operations team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm and efficient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and an ability to adapt to moving targets
- Confident under pressure; a positive can-do disposition
- Team player with strong people skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a preference for GSuite experience
- Experience with Smartsheets is an advantage
